Director of Game Operations

We are looking for a numbers driven Director of Game Operations to join us in our San Francisco studio. You will be responsible for managing a team to operate our social game titles post-launch, using a metrics focused approach to constantly improve performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to operate our social game titles
  • Analyze key game metrics in order to optimize the game economy and improve performance
  • Develop new ideas and game features based on key metrics such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Lead a team of Product Managers who will report into you as we grow our portfolio of games
  • Coordinate with the Japan team to develop company-wide best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the game industry
  • Proven experience with quantitative analysis and reporting key game metrics
  • Performance-driven mindset and impeccable business judgment
  • Previous hands-on game design/development experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
